Endometriosis Brain Imaging Study

Dr. Christine Sieberg is conducting a research study at Boston Children’s Hospital that is funded by the Department of Defense to understand why some people with endometriosis have pain.

We are recruiting adolescents and adults between the age of 12-44 who are seeking treatment for their endometriosis.

You may be eligible to participate in one of the two components in this study:

1.

One-time, 2-hour visit to Dr. Sieberg’s lab near BCH:

• Sensory tests on your skin
• Non-invasive brain scan
• Questionnaires
• Earn $200 and free parking

2.

Two visits to Dr. Sieberg’s lab, 2 hours each

• Sensory tests on your skin
• Two non-invasive brain scans
• Questionnaires
• Earn $400 and free parking
